safe and comfortable

"The room was very comfortable and I felt very safe, even as a woman alone in Richmond. However, there was no maid/cleaning service even though I stayed for three nights. I was out of the room all day, from about 8:00 to 5:30 and no one ever came in to clean or leave fresh towels. The staff was super friendly and maybe it's just their policy that you have to request to have your room cleaned, I've never stayed anyplace like that before. Also, I see on the reviews now that there is a breakfast, but no one told me when I checked in that there was breakfast so I was unaware. I would stay here again if I needed to be in Richmond."
